Clinic facilities at Tucker Creek are
plentiful with a regulation arena, small round pens, sort pens, large fields -
10 acres, and 130 acre open field.
We look forward to seeing you here at Tucker Creek! Entry numbers for our
clinics are limited so we can maintain small, information filed clinics.

The Beginner I course will be 3 weeks in length with some gaps. It will be three
weeks in length with Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30* p.m. to when we finish -
count on at least 2 hours per class. The course is designed to get you started
in herding and give you the very important fundamentals. Cost for the 6 sessions
will be $95.00 and will include course material - scoresheets and final testing.
*(time may change to 6 pm start)
Dates to be announced soon
I will take maximum 6 people per session and will
run another Beginner I session in June starting neat the 19th and the days may
be changed to Monday and Thursday. Further information will be posted here.
For those of you who aren't able to meet this Tuesday Thursday Schedule - I am
working on an alternate day or days per week.
Cancellation of a class: If I should need to cancel or re-schedule a class - I will notify you a week in
advance. If you need to cancel a class - I would appreciate some notice - but
understand there will be times that don't work out. Regarding rescheduling
classes - I will do this if there are at least 2 people who need to catch up on
a class and a time can be arranged. This course is a very method, progressive
approach to getting the basics and it would be great if you could plan to make
them all in order.
Daytime classes: Not
available until July -
I work full time days and some evenings and weekends - busy now and until the
end of June can't offer any day time classes as some of you have requested. Once
July comes - I would be happy to re-vamp the herding schedule to accommodate
folks.
Stock rental: Stock is
available for rent from 12:00
noon. to 5 p.m. most Saturdays. Charges are $15.00 for sheep, $10 for ducks. Private lessons
may be available at a charge of $25.00 per lesson. Instinct evaluation - no
certificate - unofficial - $20.00. Please call ahead of time to set up a time
for stock rental or private lessons.

We were extremely pleased to have Ernest Hartnagle and daughter Carol Ann
Hartnagle (Las Rocosa Aussies) come to judge our trials in April
2008.

The Hartnagle's were a pleasure to have here with us and
everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves!
